My art is a reflection of what I see, hear and feel. On the one hand it is the nature, the landscapes, the sea, were I get my inspiration from. On the other hand it can be the people around me that I don't know, or the turbulent life of big cities. And the most creative inspiration comes sometimes from a good book, music or movie. The source of inspiration has an enormous impact on the material, media, style and technique I use for each single painting. It can be acrylic, gouache or oil and the picture done abstractly or in other styles. Sometimes I have a ready idea in my head before I start painting but sometimes the painting is created during the process.

I was born and raised in Silesia/Poland. I started painting as a child in a culture club sponsored by the company my father was working for. I continued creating art pieces while attending high school. In 1993 I completed my degree in engineering at the Rheinisch Westfälischen Technischen Hochschule Aachen in Germany. From 1993-2007 I worked in the electronic industry before deciding to pursue my art career, and in 2007 I relocated to Morristown NJ.
