Dianne Mattar | Sacramento, California USA

If you had a second chance in life, what would you do?  For me, when an accident changed my life, I began to explore my
artistic creativity. Painting has become an expression of my love of God, & Family & Freedom.

I celebrate life through my artwork. Each piece starts with a sense of urgency, so much to do…so much to share…so much to express.
Emotion is at the base of every painting and these emotions are key in my use of color and line and texture.

Living, traveling and studying throughout the Caribbean, India, China, France and most recently on a volunteer service trip to Romania has provided me with a wealth of experience with people of many cultures. Have been touched by the strength of the human spirit. Must paint, for color comes more naturally than words. My wish is for you to have a bright joyful reaction and connection to my art.

Formal Training in Business, Education, Technology and Fine Art, she has studied with several noteworthy artists including Greg Kondos, Bob Burridge, Gary Prunner along with teaching both watercolor & acrylic classes.
