"Clyfford Still in Haiti" is an abstract painting inspired by the work of American artist Clyfford Still. The colors are of Haiti before the earthquake. The mood reflects the sense shock,calm and patience exhibited in the days that immediately followed.

This small painting is created using the materials employed by Roman portrait artists of the Fayum region in Egypt over 2000 years ago. Beeswax, damar resin and pigments are blended together into paint using various heat sources.
